Get to know our ACES Team: Q&A with Jasmine Mapledoram, NHS Partnership Executive for ACES Manchester BWC

We had a chat with Jasmine Mapledoram, NHS Partnership Executive for ACES Manchester Bridgewater Wellness Clinic (BWC). Jasmine joined ACES as the business was expanding, and she is passionate about nurturing her own area of the business to help ACES grow at a national level.

  • Why did you choose a career at ACES?

Helping people reach their optimal vision is something I’ve always been passionate about. I had been a Clinic Manager for a couple of years before I began my ACES journey. I was keen to take on a new challenge, whilst still being able to help people through my work.

ACES was just beginning to expand outside of the Anglia area, so I was excited to become a part of a growing team and support the business with its growth.

  • Why do you think ACES is a good place to work?

ACES allows patients to have their eyes treated in a very short time frame. It’s very gratifying to see how much we are helping people and improving their quality of life.

  • What do you enjoy most about your role?

Being out in your own area is kind of like nurturing your own business. I like being able to plan my own routes, make a lot of my own decisions and build long-lasting relationships.

It’s really rewarding to see the referrals coming in, knowing you’ve had such a big part to play in helping patients improve their vision.

  • What sets ACES apart from their competitors?

Patient care is and will always be at the forefront of everything that we do. Surgery can be daunting for a lot of people, therefore we as a team want our patients to feel at ease and to have the best experience possible.

Tens of millions of pounds have been invested into clinics ACES provide services from. With the latest Zeiss and Johnson & Johnson Vision diagnostic equipment, we are able to be more predictable with our outcomes – we want the best for all our patients!
