Dr Sajnani’s career spans across India, Spain and the UK. He has over 20 years of experience in the UK in both the clinical and surgical care of ophthalmic patients, with ample exposure to all branches of ophthalmology but more particularly to Cornea, Cataract and Medical Retina operations. In his current postings, he deals with high-volume Cataract Surgery, Glaucoma Care, Macular Degeneration, Medical Retina and YAG Laser Treatment.
He has achieved a number of medical qualifications, in particular two different UK fellowships which included a seven-month Cornea & Refractive Surgery Fellowship at Queen Victoria Hospital / East Grinstead.
He conducts regular clinics on Cataract, Glaucoma, Medical Retina, and most types of lid ectropion, entropion and excision / biopsy of suspected lesions.
On several occasions, Dr Sajnani has played a crucial role in managing eye camps in the region of Uttarkashi, in the North of India, to help diagnosize eye conditions and provide cataract surgery. At present, he works in partnership with Second Sight UK Organization to relieve blindness in India.
