Mr Umar Munshi is a fully qualified Specialist Optometrist with vast experience in optometry. A highly ambitious and motivated individual, he proves to be empathetic and caring to all his patients.

After obtaining his First Class Honours BSc (Optometry) Degree at the University of Bradford, Umar has gone onto work as a community optometrist until joining the company in 2023. Umar has developed a highly advanced skillset leading him to become a specialist within the field of optometry.

He has completed a number of extensive qualifications, including WOPEC accredited Pre + Post Cataract Qualification.

He is currently also studying the Independent Prescribing course, which has allowed him to expand his knowledge and provide his patients with a higher level of service and care.

In order to stay on top of the latest developments in optometry, Umar regularly attends national seminars/webinars to continue to grow as an Optometrist.
